Tea Time

On several occasions, I have tried to give up coffee and drink more hot tea. This has never really worked well, for two reasons. Firstly, as documented here, I have a long-standing, deep-seated love of coffee. Secondly, tea is not coffee.

To use the internets these days, I go to Brighter Day Coffee, a cheery little coffee shop close to home. Here I have developed a love for Chai Tea Lattes. I think I like them because they almost taste like coffee, but they are tea, which makes me feel like I am making healthy choices. Anyone know an easy way to make these in the comforts of home?

Pictures from life in Brevard will be up . . . um. Well, let's say "soon" and keep it subjective as to how long "soon" is.
