Tonight I had dinner with an ESL student who is originally from Acapulco. It was a fun time. She speaks very little English and I speak very little Spanish, but another girl from church was there who was able to help translate.
At one point, she asked me if I am 22 years old. She is officially my favorite person on earth, and I will be wearing the Black Cherry nail polish forever.

ahh, don'tcha love people like that? i asked a girl at camp how old she thought i was and she said 29. i wanted to just hug her! a whole year she took off my age. hey, i'll take it!! anything beats the big 3-frickin-0, girl! woohoo!
i need a picture of the black cherry nail polish.
Okay, the picture is up! BLACK CHERRY!!!
Love the polish! Did I miss the connection between the nails and your ESL student?
You just might...because it might never come OFF!
I don't know for sure, but I think the dark, almost black polish gave her the impression that I am a little younger than I am (like 8 years younger.) But, if it works, I'll take it!
Is that all it takes? I'm off to buy some...right now!
Black is in....
certainly!!
Can I borrow some?
wow! now all you need is some tarot cards & an 8 ball in that picture.
Loved the nail polish, but not as much as the new hair style.
See you later today.
Love ya!
Aunt Mandy,
I wike your fingernails.
Love,
Logan
WHAT!! NO TALONS??? Black Cherry Talons would be awesome!! No, I'm not crazy yet...just around the corner. Driving back from Prattville today Ty had me put a Ray Stevens tape in the player. One of the songs is RS clucking to the music to In The Mood (if you can imagine that). For some silly reason I thought of ND and talons...then black cherry talons.
Oh well, road trips are only interesting if you play mind games to cut down on the boredom.
