Hostile Hosta Takeover

Rome, GA

After weeks of battling overgrown hostas that continue to overtake walkways and generally cause many frustrations due to their ability to mutate to enormous proportions, a Rome, GA resident threatened the hostas with violent massacre if they did not cease and desist their hostile takeover.

"The only thing holding me back is the fact that my roommate might think I have snapped," stated the resident. "Plus, I believe her psyche might be fragile this week due to Blogger posts about loss, death and gruesome destruction. I am not sure if she can take much more annihilation of living things. I can't very well have her return to a post-hosta-massacre."

We will continue to follow the story.

Oh goodness! Maybe I shouldn't move across the ocean! ;) I'll be home tomorrow night. Please don't do anything drastic. Back away from the gun, Mandy. Back away.

Update on the hostas! I want to see those gorgeous blooms!

How was the garage/yard/rummage/junk sale? Did you make millions? I watched "Narnia" last night and it was AWESOME! The only bad thing is that they made it so close to the old PBS special version that I knew exactly what was going to come out of their mouths for pretty much the whole movie. No surprises there, but good scenery and music and stuff. And good story too (kudos to C.S. Lewis). Is it wrong that I thought the 15-year-old boy that played Peter was a babe?

It is a little wrong, but quite true. That kid is a babe.

So, I want to go ahead and make my case to Blog Police. I haven't been issued a warning or anything, but I feel that it is only hours away. Am.So.Tired. Will.Blog.Soon. Promise!!!
