I LOVE seafood! That was the first item of business when we had free-time on Friday evening.
I once took a quiz that told me all the places in the USA that are the best for me to live. Charleston, SC was very high on that list. It may have even been number 1. I think this picture might give us some insight as to why that is. Any city with this much candy at its disposal is my kind of place.
Becky, Katie, and Shannon have been leaving me in the dust with their artistic nature pictures. They are involved in Blog-Offs and are constantly talking smack about who has the best picture of a tree in bloom or the moon in all its moon-glory. So, here, girls. Now, I KNOW this has a building in the background. But, this isn't part of the Nature Blog-Off. This is the a whole new category...Artistic Expression. Challenge Extended.
And Katie, this one's for you! I am going out on a limb here. I know you are a College of Charleston girl, and a Ben and Jerry devotee. Any chance you might have a few happy memories from this place??

Yikes, I am supposed to go up against Charleston, SC and the yearbook editor? There is not a lot of artistic expression in spit-up and matchbox cars, the two things my life revolves around, but I'll give it a shot.

Oh Becky, you at least have subjects that move. Cute little boys. All Mandy and I have are still life boring nature shots.
By the way, I know I'm an amateur, but I think the candy picture has A LOT of artistic expression!!!

We are all still here, but I think Katie has signed off. I guess I am about to also. I think it's time for Katie to come to Rome so you can meet the girl you "know" so well already...what do you think?

hey guys. um, guys? i'm tip toe-ing my way into a blog. my palms are a bit sweaty. just pulled the window shut. waiting for masked man to jump from behind the desk yelling 'BLOGGER! I KNEW IT!' oh geez. i don't even know if this will go through. what? i have to give a username & password? no blogger account? sign up here? oh crap. this could be a long night.
15 long minutes later. . it's done. i have a blog. why do they call it that? shouldn't be a more lovely name? like...i have a creation. i have a strawberry lime-aid. i have a warm bowl of banana pudding. hm.
