- This morning I was supposed to have a dental appointment for my 6 month cleaning. I got stuck at every traffic light between my house and the dentist office AND caught by a train. I was 15 minutes late, and when I got there, the dental hygenist had LEFT. She LEFT to run errands. So, if I am late, my appointment is cancelled, but if I am there on time, there is no problem with having me wait 15 minutes in the waiting room??? I believe I shall start billing my dentist for time wasted in the waiting room from this point forward. Punks.
- Because I had the gift of time thanks to my cancelled appointment, I went shopping. The highlight of my day today came in the form of a new skirt. AND I got flip-flops to match. Oh, the joy of retail therapy.
- Tonight I will hit the tennis courts for the first time this year. Updates to follow, hopefully of the tales of my perfect form, beautiful forehand, and killer serve. More likely of the woes of my weak serve and ongoing battle with the net.
- Tonight is 24 night. I just LOVE Monday. Can Jack thwart the plans of evil President Logan? I'm bettin' he can. But not tonight. That would be too easy.

I'd love to hear what the big "whohooooooo" sounds like in person. Mandy and I have hypotheses, but that's it.
For clarification and pronunciation purposes, it would be helpful to know if "whohooooo" has a beginning sound as in "hoot" or as in "wu". Also, is "hoooooo" as in "hoot" or in Santa's "ho ho ho"?

About time! It feels like she was pregnant for at least a year. The whole Tom Cruise-Katie Holmes relationship is just weird to me. I guess now we can all sit in anticipation of Baby Brangelina. Yippee.
