...was nice while it lasted. I spent Monday through Thursday tied for 1st place in Scott's NCAA pool. Then, the games started back. And, scene.
I now sit in 6th place, and have unresolved anger issues with the following teams: Duke, West Virginia, and Gonzaga. And I am still holding grudges toward Illinois and UNC for not even making it to the Sweet Sixteen. Not to mention the fact that I have always had a dislike for Florida, and have to pull for them anyway, because I have them beating Georgetown tonight and really need the win.
AND I don't even like basketball. At least, not enough to spend hours watching it and checking scores. Sheesh.

First rule of watching hoops as one of Becky's friends:
--No matter what the cost, we are never, ever mad when UNC loses early. It's ALWAYS a good thing.
Shame about the Dukies...I did not watch it (see how much I care this year?), but Luke said they lost it for themselves.
I just couldn't make myself pull in any way, shape, form, or fashion, for Florida. This is gonna be fun!
