The Good
I feel very blessed to have the opportunity to be a caretaker of a beautiful vacation/future retirement home for a couple from Lexington, KY. They have given me and my house mate use of the house as long as needed (or until they retire, whichever comes first.) The house is absolutely gorgeous, and living here is like being on vacation everyday. Except for that job I still need to get up and get to.
The Bad
There is no cell service at the house. And the Direct TV guy stood us up on Saturday, so there is also no television. And the internet comes and goes right now. So, basically, there are only books to entertain me. Which shouldn't be bad, but I am sorry to say...it is.
The Ugly
Just call me Grace. Somehow, just by standing around, I have managed to sprain my ankle, which has now turned very angry shades of blue.
