And what better way to celebrate than having lunch with two of the best people you know? Becky and Shannon, thanks for the fun time at Harvest Moon! (Harvest Moon, incidentally, has the best BLT sandwich ever. They put fried green tomatoes on it.)
This super cute T-Shirt is from Becky. I do Love the 80s!
And, of course, no birthday is complete without cake. This was really good cake. Really good cake.
Shannon and I had big plans to get a picture with the Italian standing in the doorway, but totally forgot. Next time, Shan, next time.

Wow, you're fast! Nice that we all went right home and got on the blog...I thought about the Italian as I saw the scary baker on my way out. Great pictures of you...not so much of me, I look like a chemo patient (ironic since I have mounds of hair) with an extremely muscular jaw...
Becky is very photogenic. I don't know why she thinks these aren't good. The cake was not only to die for, it almost killed me with diabetic shock :)
If that is a photogenic picture of me then I guess I am just ugly. :(
Oh yeah, and the cake almost killed me too..or at least my gastrointestinal tract! So there is meaning to the phrase "too much of a good thing".
Oh, Becky, puh-lease! I have about a billion wonderful pictures of you.
